Mrs. Mallick is the director of IDAX Group. She serves as a member of the Board of Director & act as a vital key person for maintaining discipline, professionalism & motivating employees such a wonderful way to enhance our skill & efficiency.
She always encourage every team member to take initiative and embrace additional responsibilities for career growth as well as for the growth of the company.

Mrs. Bijayani joined as a Director of the Company since 2023. She has done MBA & BA LLB. Under her leadership, IDAX Group has emerged as a global integrated interest across Civil Engineering Consultancy services. with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, she heads the Group’s operations and has been responsible for developing our business relationships.
Her proactive and personalised approach toward the business and her competitive spirit have contributed greatly to the growth of the IDAX Group and its diverse businesses.

Mrs. Sarita Mishra (General Manager – HR & Vertical Head)
Mrs. Mishra has done her MBA in HR & Operation Management. She has been associated with our organization since 2017. She looks after the overall management of staff and their day to day activities. She is also responsible for managing tasks like recruitment, performance, evaluation, and talent management. She has been looking after the overall growth of the company by encouraging the staff and enhancing their potential through motivational talks and regular performance. She has been developing and executing HR Strategy and planning to align with the organization’s vision, mission and goals.
Miss. Subhashree Nayak (Senior Manager – HR)
Miss. Nayak had done her MBA in HR & Marketing. She has been working at Idax since (January-2020 to till date), overseeing the Candidate recruitment, Processing company payroll, Implementing a safety program, Updating and designing companies policy, Resolve conflicts, Maintaining a work environment, Performance analysis, Employee engagement. He effectively act as a Key personnel of the company since 2017 (More than 7 years), overseeing the daily operations of the business tenders, projects & dealt with legal correspondences in all activities along with statutory documentations. He always ensure to set strategic goals by his operational policies, skills, creating opportunities for new projects and managing the cash flow of the company. He an engineer with experience in Electrical Design, Power Projects, Familiar with Power Transmission, Distribution & Power Substation Projects, Having Electrical Licenses (MV) 7306. Mr. Susanta Barik had done his B-Tech in Civil Engineering & Specialize in Field Topo Survey, DGPS. Drone & Bathematric Survey. He also has the skill to prepare all types of Atocad drafting, drawing work like (Contour Drawing, L-Section, & Volume Calculation). He is familiar to operate all modern survey technology like Electronic Total Staions (ETS), DGPS, Drone, etc. He has been working at Idax since (February -2017 to Till date) & managing the entire survey team along with all field operations. He was also more than 7 years experience in private sector in Survey department.
Mr. Jagannath Rana - Senior Manager – Survey
Mr. Rana had done his B-Tech in Civil Engineering. He has been working at Idax since (February -2020 to Till date). He was also more than 5 years experience in private sector in Survey department. He manage survey projects from beginning to end and understand how to design optimal surveys to meet requirements. He manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels and act as the main contact for survey projects. He is dealing with Airport Authority Height Clearance & NOC projects all over Odisha for various highrise building projects & Infrstructure Projects. He is also familar with DGPS. ETS, GPS & all modern technology survey machine operation & data processing.He used to prepare reports for various Govt/Pvt land clearance estimates, NOC, detailed Survey for several construction projects, mining sectors & EPC Projects. He use specialized equipment to accurately determine land measurements and create maps and reports of survey results.

Miss. Asha Kumari Lakra - Senior Manager - Quality Control Vertical Head
Miss. Lakra had done M-Tech in Geotechnical Engineering .She is a competent professional with proven track record of more than 7 years of Experience in the Lab and field of Civil Engineering (Geo Technical Engg.) & Quality Assurance Practices. She is preparing Geotechnical reports as per Indian standard specification with the reference of field data and also preparing of BOQ for Geo tech investigation & material testing. She is also dealing with the supervision of testing work conducted on various building & road material like Steel, Cement, Brick, Fine Aggregate, Coarse Aggregate, Wood, Tiles, Aluminium, Concrete Soil, Bitumen & Environment like Water ,Air ,Noise ,Stack, S.P.M & R.S.P.M etc. in accordance with Indian standard specification. Becoming familiar with machines and testing instruments.

With more than 7 years of experience as a consultant specialising in geotechnical engineering and QA/QC Er Chaudhury plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and durability of our projects.
