Mr. H.K.Behera was retired as General Manager at Union Bank. He has more than 40 years of experience in banking and financial market. He has demonstrated his excellent leadership and holds many key positions within the bank. Mr. Behera had successfully managed many important and critical projects with PAN India network. He is currently the President of Odisha Corporate Foundation (OCF) and President of Bankers Club of Odisha (OBC). Under his leadership OCF is now a leading non profit organization not only creating a large odia entrepreneurs network but also grooming and nurturing the odia entrepreneurs / start-up to grow as unicorns.
Mr. D.P Dhal is a retired bureaucrat of Government of Odisha having almost 40 years of experience in the field of Rural Development, General and Revenue Administration, Industry affairs, PSUs, PRIs, Grievance Redressal, and Management. After retirement he was in the position of Member & Chairman of a Government recruitment commission for 4 years. He strongly believes that sustainable development could be possible through proper education & development of communication.
An exceptional technocrat, an outstanding organizer, an inspiring leader and an astute crisis manager, his sterling qualities of head and heart made him an incomparable individual in various fields of endeavour. Qualities of empathy, visionary zeal, commitment, courage and responsiveness made him a natural leader.
In his 27-year-old career in SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant, he made stupendous contribution in the areas of efficient inventory control, effective vendor management, smooth supply chain management, cost effective transportation solutions, e-procurement and strategic global sourcing. He is an experienced, results-oriented professional with outstanding negotiation skills, exceptional abilities in building top management teams and developing cost control initiatives. He won the Jawahar Award for the year 2004. This is the highest award for executives of SAIL.
He has led several other sports bodies with distinction unleashing waves of sporting activity in the region and beyond by organizing state and national level tournaments in various disciplines.
During his tenures as a leader in RSPEA and SEFI he fought for the rights of the executives with a fervour which is unmatched. He always believed in taking challenges head on and converting every crisis into a glorious opportunity.
Mr. Debasis holds BE degree in Electronics Engineering and PGDBM from XIMB. He is the CEO and Managing Director of Odyssey Advance Telematics Systems (OATS), a well-known name in the Telecom domain of Orissa and its being associated with the Indian Telecom industry since 1993. He has vast experience in Integrated Telecom Project Management from basic telephony, Radio Telephony, VSAT, GSM, WiLL & CDMA installations, Optical Fiber networking, O&M services. He has handled successfully massive project (MARR) of BSNL from 1994 to 1999.
Major General (Prof) Ramesh Chandra Padhi, is former Additional Surveyor General, a decorated Indian army veteran from corps of Engineers, holds bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and MBA in Disaster management. He has undergone post graduate level courses in Survey Engineering, Advanced Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing from Indian Institute of Surveying & Mapping (IISM), Hyderabad, LiDAR technology from IIT Kanpur. He is a founding member and Vice President of Survey and Mapping Association (SAMA), India. The General has rich experiences of more than 40 years in command, staff and Instructional appointments in Army and Survey of India.
He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from UCE, Burla and done his MBA in HR & Marketing from XIMB, Bhubaneswar. He is the Senior Vice President of RSB Metaltech Pvt. Ltd. and is heading the Integrated Aluminium Project coming up in Odisha, India. He has also worked as Vice President (HR& Corporate Affairs) at RSB Metaltech Pvt. Ltd. and RSB Group. Prior to this he has a long work experience with Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., Ortel Communications Ltd., Mesco Steels Ltd., Cummins India and Jackson Generators.
He is having exceptionally dynamic leadership quality and negotiation skills. He has rich experience in managing a large team and leading them. He has a diversified experience in various business sectors which has helped the company grow exponentially.
