Mrs. Bijayani joined as a Director of the Company since 2023. She has done MBA & BA LLB. Under her leadership, IDAX Group has emerged as a global integrated interest across Civil Engineering Consultancy services. with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, she heads the Group’s operations and has been responsible for developing our business relationships.
Her proactive and personalised approach toward the business and her competitive spirit have contributed greatly to the growth of the IDAX Group and its diverse businesses.

Mrs. Sarita Mishra (Vice President)
Mrs. Mishra has done her MBA in HR & Operation Management. She has been associated with our organization since 2017. She looks after the overall management of staff and their day to day activities. She is also responsible for managing tasks like recruitment, performance, evaluation, and talent management. She has been looking after the overall growth of the company by encouraging the staff and enhancing their potential through motivational talks and regular performance. She has been developing and executing HR Strategy and planning to align with the organization vision, mission and goals.
Miss. Subhashree Nayak (Asst. General Manager – HR)
Miss. Nayak had done her MBA in HR & Marketing. She has been working at Idax since (January-2020 to till date), overseeing the Candidate recruitment, Processing company payroll, Implementing a safety program, Updating and designing companies policy, Resolve conflicts, Maintaining a work environment, Performance analysis, Employee engagement.
