Mrs. Bijayani joined as a Director of the Company since 2023. She has done MBA & BA LLB. Under her leadership, IDAX Group has emerged as a global integrated interest across Civil Engineering Consultancy services. with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, she heads the Group’s operations and has been responsible for developing our business relationships.
Her proactive and personalised approach toward the business and her competitive spirit have contributed greatly to the growth of the IDAX Group and its diverse businesses.

Mrs. Sarita Mishra (Vice President – HR Vertical Head)
Mrs. Mishra has done her MBA in HR & Operation Management. She has been associated with our organization since 2017. She looks after the overall management of staff and their day to day activities. She is also responsible for managing tasks like recruitment, performance, evaluation, and talent management. She has been looking after the overall growth of the company by encouraging the staff and enhancing their potential through motivational talks and regular performance. She has been developing and executing HR Strategy and planning to align with the organization�s vision, mission and goals.
Miss. Subhashree Nayak (Asst. General Manager – HR)
Miss. Nayak had done her MBA in HR & Marketing. He always ensure to set strategic goals by his operational policies, skills, creating opportunities for new projects and managing the cash flow of the company. Mr. Susanta Barik had done his B-Tech in Civil Engineering & Specialize in Field Topo Survey, DGPS. Drone & Bathematric Survey. He also has the skill to prepare all types of Atocad drafting, drawing work like (Contour Drawing, L-Section, & Volume Calculation). Mr. Bibhu had done B-Tech in Civil Engineering. He is a competent professional with proven track record of more than 15 years of Experience in the Lab and field of Civil Engineering (Geo Technical Engg.) & Quality Assurance Practices. He is preparing Geotechnical reports as per Indian standard specification with the reference of field data and also preparing of BOQ for Geo tech investigation & material testing. He is also dealing with the supervision of testing work conducted on various building & road material like Steel, Cement, Brick, Fine Aggregate, Coarse Aggregate, Wood, Tiles, Aluminum, Concrete Soil, Bitumen & Environment like Water ,Air ,Noise ,Stack, S.P.M & R.S.P.M etc. in accordance with Indian standard specification. Becoming familiar with machines and testing instruments.

With more than 7 years of experience as a consultant specialising in geotechnical engineering and QA/QC Er Chaudhury plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and durability of our projects.
